So... unfortunately, despite being open for just over a year, this location still has not improved in their overall customer experience. My most recent experience being a prime example of how bad the service is here. Today I started by placing an order through the app and select counter pick-up to avoid the wait time in the drive through. I arrive to the location and was greeted with a locked door and a notice indicating that only drive through service is available. Ok, no big deal, but please update that information so that it reflects correctly in the app to help avoid an inconvenience. I make my way to the drive through speaker and confirm my mobile order. The gentleman confirms that my order is ready and instructs me to proceed to the second window. At the second window I was promptly requested to make a payment, I remind the young man that it was a mobile order and I had already paid. He looks around his work area only to realize that my items are not there. He seeks assistance from a co-worker and quickly it becomes evident that my items are not ready as their body language indicates something is wrong and my order is not being presented. They begin to ready my order. Keep in mind that several minutes have passed since arriving to the window and not once was there an acknowledgement of a delay, error, issue or otherwise. After several more minutes the attendant starts to hand me the items, finishes and starts to say goodbye. I remind him that the drinks are missing, to which he replied, "what did you order?" We had an exchange on why it was possible to get my food items ready, but not my drink items. Again, no acknowledgement of an error,not even a "sorry for the inconvenience" was expressed. I finish with this; To the management and leadership of this location and area, I urge you to please look into the repeated inefficiencies and poor customer service rendered at this location. A quick review of other reviews will reveal that this is a long standing issues with little to no resolution. Read moreSTAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! Very unprofessional people which is no surprise as their "MANAGER" Lissete or Lizzette was so rude and not manager like at all. She was more attentive and helpful to the people she was interviewing for a job there. I went to this location on Friday 06-06-24 around 2PM, no one was inside when we placed the order so we didn't think it would take long seeing that this is a FAST FOOD location. I ordered a SOURDOUGH GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH COMBO, DOUBLE SMASHED JACK COMBO, 4 TACOS, & 1 ORDER REGULAR TINY TACOS. We must have waited over 20 minutes for our order to not be called yet. There was no line in the drive thru either so not sure what took so long. The people that were interviewing got their food a lot faster than we did. My husband went up to the counter to check on the order and they only had 1 fries, the CLUCK SANDWICH (wrong sandwich), 1 tiny taco, and the 4 tacos. My husband overheard in Spanish that they forgot to make the burger combo. When he came to our table to let me know what they did the so called "MANAGER" stated to him if you're unhappy I could refund you the order, did not even apologize for the mistake or the long wait time. Instead of deescalating this she made it the worst experience ever. The employee was the one who pushed the wrong button but verbally repeated what I ordered and then the manager told us we can pay the $1 extra to cover the charge! Read moreI stopped by this Jack at about 8:45am August 17th. Fortunately I did not spend my money due to the deplorable customer service I witness directed at the car in front of me and then myself. The woman with an extremely deep voice had the name tag with two names. Miriam Vanessa. She said the manager is Alicia Rojas. The employee was claiming they can’t take two separate orders to the car in front of me (I know that to be incorrect having worked for this company). Even that didn’t bother me though. It was the way in which she snapped and yelled at these customers when they had done and said nothing but what they wanted for their order. This employee would cut them off abruptly and rudely which lead her to misunderstand what they were asking for. Now I pulled up next and asked what was inside of an item and she spoke over me so loudly and quickly that she missed the question and assumed my order. When I went to reiterate she cut me off and quite literally yelled the ingredients at me. I then pulled forward and asked for the managers name in hopes this finds her so they can at least talk to that employee about attitude.
