I often come to Crumbl - Sierra Lakes to takeout some of their delicious cookies. This is a small but nicely decorated dessert shop in Fontana. The moment you get into the shop, you’ll experience a sweet and pleasant smell that will make you hungry. The inside of this shop is very clean. You can see the entire cookie-making process in front of the kiosk.

I am a huge fan of Crumbl cookies. I like their Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies a lot and I often buy them. I also love their Caramel Toffee Butter Cake. Last week, I was able to try their Dubai Chocolate Brownie after a few failed attempts. The brownie was literally so delicious and undoubtedly one of the best Dubai Chocolate products I’ve tried so far. Unfortunately, the brownie was available only for a week (August 17 - 23). I wish they could continue Dubai Chocolate Brownie for a while!

I ordered cookies on their website on Tuesday, June 3 and selected to pick them up (cookies were good by the way). I arrived around 12:30pm and stood by the pick-up counter but no one came up to serve me, even after standing there for a minute. I spoke up and after sharing I had an online order to pick up, the staff said I needed to check in on the app, so it shows up on their queue. I expressed that I ordered on the website on my laptop and could not check in but the staff proceeded to continue their orders and not address my concern. I waited for a few minutes and after speaking up again, one of the workers asked my name, confirmed the order, prepped the cookies, and gave me the box. Staff usually open the box to confirm the order was to the customer's satisfaction but the worker didn't even do that.

I can see that they may have been overwhelmed by all the orders but I think they could have at least slowed down and served me. Not everyone will order on the app, so that should be taken into consideration. I have been to this location during rush before and the service has...
