As a frequent thai kitchen bowl customer, we would come at least 2 to 3x a month. It was a family favorite until today. The food is good but the worst customer service I've dealt with outshines the food.
I found myself in a pickle and in the area and stopped by to use the restroom. My daughter and I had to use the restroom. I walked in with the intention of handling my business first and then purchasing a thai tea. As I walked in, the waitress said she could not unlock the restroom until we made a purchase. I told her I was going to get something but needed to use the restroom first. She said "you go next door, they have for you." I was more embarrassed and frustrated to be arguing with her about buying something. I understand it is a business and had the intention of purchasing something but obviously was more preoccupied about handling the restroom situation first.
She did not unlock the restroom until the payment was made for thai tea. This will be the last thai tea or anything I purchase from this establishment, for that matter.
I will now take my business to THAI GARDEN across the street. Where they have equally as good food and exceptional customer service. They allow you to handle your business first, don't pressure you into purchasing and calmly allow...
Read moreI recently came across Thai Kitchen Bowl on Sierra Avenue in Fontana, California, and I'm so glad I did. This hidden gem serves up delicious Thai cuisine that's both authentic and affordable. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by the warm aroma of Thai herbs and spices, which immediately sets the tone for a cozy and inviting dining experience.
The interior is classy and welcoming, with traditional Thai decor that adds to the ambiance. But what really stands out is the excellent service - the staff are friendly, attentive, and happy to help you navigate the menu. Speaking of which, the food is absolutely divine. We ordered a few dishes, including the Fried Rice Chicken, Crispy Chicken over Rice, and Pad See Ewe, and each one was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. The Thai Iced Tea was also a highlight - smooth, flavorful, and perfectly sweetened.
What I love about Thai Kitchen Bowl is that it's a great spot for both dine-in and takeout. The prices are moderate and affordable, making it an excellent option for a casual night out or a quick lunch on the go. If you're craving authentic Thai cuisine with bold flavors and welcoming service, Thai Kitchen Bowl is a must-try. Highly...
Read moreCame to this place for lunch. Walked in and went up to the counter. Stood there for about 5 min while workers kept moving about not even acknowledging that we were standing there. Finally we get noticed just to be told there's no tables i look back and noticed a huge table open. I look back at the lady and all of a sudden there's somewhere to seat us. Sat down and got a menu just to be rushed by the server. Wife got a coke to drink which came in a can i got water didn't even take one drink due to the white stuff floating around in the cup plain nasty. Within 5 min got asked 3 times if we were ready. Asked about the white rice portions and made it known that i had never been here. Waiter was really rude and unprofessional. Got our food and it was mediocre at best. Wife's food was too sweet my chicken was bland no flavor for being "bbq chicken". The price was not too bad. Had to request a receipt. We will never ever return not even with a free ontree coupon. Don't waste your time and money here. Thai garden by King taco is way better. Should of went there instead our mistake looking for a new...
