Emporio Sushi y Mariscos — Restaurant in Fontana

Came in today to give this place a try, instagram makes it seem very appetizing, Let's start with the menu,it has a variety of seafood,tacos and sushi rolls, and beverages. Moving onto the food and drinks ,we ordered 2 horchata with coco and 1 cucumber chia aguas frescas, they're priced at $5 each with no refills that's a bit much for a 16oz glass which ends up being half of the drink because of the ice that's added there really isn't 16oz. Moving we ordered the chon roll, it wasn't what i expected it had no flavor and the cheese that they added on top it was like plastic. So zero stars for the chon roll i do not recommend it, we also ordered the culichi enchiladas very saucy maybe a bit too much it was more like they drowned them in sauce, that the tortilla and filling doesn't show in the flavor profile at all. The molcajete is the only reason I'm giving this place a star because it was very well portioned,rice and beans were very good and the variety of meats plus salsa brought it all together. Over all i wouldn't recommend this establishment for their "sushi rolls" or enchiladas but for the molcajete and coco...

Came for dinner with my wife and daughter waitress didn't know English at all was very rude because she thought I didn't know Spanish asked for the check not sure exactly what she thought I said but started yelling at me like an abulita does her grand children loud and got the whole restraint attention very unprofessional and embarrassing as for dinner the price sure does match it's service ordered a sushi roll completely wrong from what I asked for and what they brought sent it back the waitress was so upset by me sending it back she tried to convince me I was wrong ended up sharing my wife's plate only because the waitress was rude and I kinda lost my appetite and she still tried to charge me for the sushi at the end of it 🤦‍♂️ on the bright side the beer was good🤷‍♂️👎👎 honestly worse experience at a restaurant ever back to ol faith mariscos jiminez and prolly never listening to the wife again about trying new...

I have to say these sushi rolls are the absolute tiniest rolls I've ever seen at a restaurant. The menu pictures show some fat juicy looking rolls but the reality is that they're very tiny, I would even say it's more like a kid's portion. The flavor is good but false advertising for sure on those pictures. The burritos are whatever, pretty basic, the pulpo zarandeado was good but the sauce felt somewhat lemony and tomato like for me. It wasn't the best but the octopus itself was cooked to perfection.
