Flex Furniture — Local services in Fontana

I don’t recommend shopping at this furniture store. If you want to save yourself a headache take your business elsewhere. The owners of these stores are unprofessional or at least the wife is. My parents ordered a queen bed, and a set of couches and the lady sold the couches so my parents had to wait 5 weeks to get what they ordered. Supposedly they fabricate their own products and they give you a day by when they’ll have it ready for pick up but they didn’t have it ready. At some point they had the couches but they sold them to someone else even though my parents left a deposit. Like previously mentioned my mom ordered a queen bed and they gave her a full size. They still had the audacity to argue that my mom had ordered a full size but they (the owners) didn’t have the proof my mom had said that. They eventually agreed that they in fact had screwed up. The wife of the owner is rude and unprofessional she tells customers one thing and she tells her husband another thing. The husband backs his wife up (obviously) but he needs to set admit when she screws up. My parents made the order with her so the husband didn’t really know what was going on. The wife is a huge liar. She CLEARLY doesn’t know how to do her job. I can write more about our horrible experience at this store but i don’t want to make this any longer. Went there this morning to go look at bedroom sets and a kitchen table and didn't even make it to the second piece of furniture. The older women that was there greeted me when I walked in however when I started to ask about the pieces of furniture they had there she cut me off and asked if I spoke spanish. (I understand it, but can not speak it back) I told her no I was sorry that I did not and she just rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders and said that she didnt know english. Then just stood there staring at me from across the room while I was looking at a table. I just turned around and left the store. I'm assuming she didn't want my business because she didnt even try to help me. She didnt even take one step towards me. I would've tried to understand her if she would've tried to help me.it goes both ways. I mean all I really needed was prices. The language barrier should have not been an issue. Mom bought couches a few months ago and it's nothing like the catalogs, very poor and cheap material they are falling apart and ripping . And very expensive one couch for over $1000 .
