I’ve recently started shopping at Paw Factory Animal Feed Store and it’s the best place ever! The customer service is outstanding everyone is so friendly and willing to help with any questions. Shawn, made me feel incredibly welcome. He ensured that customer satisfaction was met at the highest capacity.

The “909 celebrity” picks and chooses which customers he’s good to. When my dog was sick I went in and asked questions as to how to cure him at home and he said “I’m not a vet”. Everyone I was getting advice from kept saying “goto the paw factory get this this & that, Shawn will hook you up. He has everything you need!” He did not hook me up nor give me and good advice.
