Ok... so I went to the grand opening it was so awesome I couldn't believe the size of the store especially that the store is brand new I mean brand new brand new parking lot brand new cards brand new paint brand new everything they literally built from the ground up.. the store is awesome !!! they have a such a great variety of Mexican food the deli area where they have the Carnitas the tacos all the Mexican food it's absolutely the bomb they even sell an array of Mexican Talavera art pieces artesania is what we call it it's so awesome I can't believe it I love the store absolutely love this store they opened up December the 15th or something like that I believe I've been there seven times since then..cant seem to get enough of their freshly baked goods ( pan,flan,capurotada ,mosaic jello)...ow ow the sushi was soooooo good ! I got free samples..got hooked ! Now every single time on my way in I grab a to go sushi tray 😊 !!! Ow and they do family meals to go ( ebt accepted on these specials ) !! They are providing such a valuable neccesity in our community...thank you !! I wish you would build one in the shopping area Renaissance off of Ayala and Cedar...theres allot of well to do Mexicans over here !!! That love their traditional foods.

Follow up..I read a bad review..about how meat dept stinks..I HAD TOCALL HIM OUT ! NOT TRUE ! the store is brand new..smells clean..smells like all stores..haaa haaaa..maybe he went to a different Northgate ? Idk ? BUT THIS NEW STORE SMELLS DELICIOUS..SMELLS LIKE A MEXICAN MERCADO.

I needed to add this...their Sushi counter is the bomb ! Made on tge spot, variety and freshly delicious !!!! 20 fat yummy...

I wanted to share an amazing experience and give a shout-out to an employee. On Friday the 21st, my mother and I were scrambling to find food for my daughter's party the next day. Since Stater Bro's said they were unable to help us, we came to NorthGate around 8 PM. We went to the hot food section on the right side of the store and were immediately helped. Since the employee was new, he asked for help. That's when Ralp came and helped us. He gave us a sample so we could try it, and we fell in love. He made sure our order got placed correctly and was such a gem. He was kind, caring, and so so helpful. When he came back to give him the receipt, i saw him help another customer and was giving him the same great service we had gotten. The wings were a hit and saved us. Our food vendor canceled last minute due to illness. I was stressed, to say the least, and Ralp's amazing really impacted me. For that reason, I came back with my husband and ordered more food. Ralp was there again and was just as kind as he was the other night. He thanked my husband and I for coming back and ordering some more food. Definitely recommend the wings and ask for his help. He will go...

Disgusting experience today. This is my go to super market now. Never had a bad experience until today. Bought some guacamole today and after I had ate some I was about to take another bite with a tortilla chip when I saw a nasty ass piece of gum. This pissed me of because who ever made it felt when that gum came out of thier mouth! And they maliciously, left it in there. Thats how I see it. I called and asked for the manager some lady who took my call said how can I help you I'm working the front. I explained and she told me to come get my money back and took down my number and name . I figured she would tell her manager and they would reach out .. nope not one call. I got off of work and went straight there I spoke with a manager Karina she was kind and showed empathy. She gave me my money back and a gift card. I didn't want anything but to have that employee be held accountable but I'm so Disgusted I ate contaminated food!!! She said she would tell her director about it. I literally just now wrote an email to corporate because I'm so...
