Fitness Connection — Local services in Forest City

The people at fitness connections are kind and helpful. I felt comfortable working out , as a overweight woman it sometimes can be intimidating at some places. They had all the equipment that you would expect plus some and they are all in good working order.

Signed up just a couple of days ago. The atmosphere is great. It’s a smaller gym, but don’t let the size fool you. There are MANY different machines to choose from in there. And if you have questions about how much it is, it’s 20 dollars a month. I’m excited to see where my journey with fitness...
