City Electric Supply Forest City — Local services in Forest City

This used to be a great place. Now, not so much. Now when I go in; It’s very stressful, overwhelming and chaotic in there. You used to have someone at the counter that would only focus on the walk-in customers like me, now theres not one. I’ve talked to several electricians about the issues and they feel the same as I do and more so because they are not getting the the focus and time they also need and then their orders get messed-up or haven’t been ordered. They explained to me that two of the employees ( who are great to deal with) are being pulled away from their regular duties to also work the counter and the manager isn’t much help. Seriously gone downhill. One guy doing all the work while 3 or 4 others sit and do nothing. Atmosphere is chaos! Communication poor. Ordered items constantly lost or never...
