I've dealt with Secret Compass for over 7 years with numerous transactions and have always been treated in a friendly and professional manner, and in some cases the staff have even gone above and beyond to help me when I've had my own issues that interfered with a transaction. They have delivered quality products in a timely manner considering our hobby where very little ever comes from the manufacturer in the time indicated....you can only control so much. Recently I noted some negative reviews and thought I would throw some support behind my favorite collectibles company. Whoever this is obviously has way too much time on their hands, and since I know the issue has been resolved needs to get a life. If you want quality service, friendly staff, and have experience in the collectibles market, this is the company you want to do business...

PreOrdered a figure TWO years ago . Left a deposit. Received a couple of emails apologizing for the delay. Two more stating the figure "will be ready soon"... tons of Spam but NO confirmation the figure was ready.Contacted them yesterday and they have SOLD my figure stating "I did not respond to complete the purchase" . When I asked for my money back ( we are talking only 40 dollars ) Shane threatened me that if I make a credit card charge back he will red flag me with all other collectibles companies so they will not sell me anymore ( Shane's email available upon request for anyone to see , just contact me) . I AM forcing a charge back . Will not let these crooks rob me like this. BEWARE OF PRE ORDERS...

Shane is an absolute saint and a savior for any customer service issues. I placed an order directly through a company whose products they distribute and after 6months of not receiving the product I ordered, I called SecretCompassOnline to ask for help.
