I’ve seen first hand how they treat their employees, it’s disgusting. Do yourself a favor and shop at another local nursery. Gulleys is a hidden gem. Huge selection, lower prices and KNOWLEDGEABLE, friendly staff. Also, I have never worked there, I just had to sit back and watch how you treated my daughter. I’ve listened to recorded meetings. I was very much a customer. I will post your letter (delivered by a manager wearing pajamas) and the recording of your meeting online. You are a nursery, learn to grow. Also, the negative attitude was due to the way the nursery handles the seasonal employee selection. Great reviews all season, then a meeting saying you are not hired for the reasons listed, with no opportunity for improvement. Despite rave reviews all year, including an incident with current employee. Then, we expect you to work a further two months with positive attitude, even though disappointed with little understanding as to why. Fort Collins nursery lacks competent management. If there were issues, they should have been raised during weekly meetings rather than making up issues because you had 10 employees and 3 spots. Then, the slap in the face offer of, we’d love to have you back next year. She quit a job because she was absolutely thrilled to be working for you, why would anyone then go get another one, leave that job only to be disappointed again. Especially if they have to deal with inexperienced management who shows up in pajamas for important meetings ? Not worth it. And….. you can find cheaper prices elsewhere in...

2 stars for the experience today. Took my mother to the nursery for her birthday. We both have been coming here for a long time and have easily spent over 25k there over the years. Have worked with Bobby Danny Kristen and have had exceptional service from them. Today Britany a nursery employee became very combative with me and more importantly my 75 year old mother. We were letting people through to go out the door as we wanted to get seeds. She told us we needed to get out of the way even though we weren't in the way and we actually were letting everyone through so we didnt block anyone. She proceeded to get very rude with my mother and when my mom said this is ridiculous Brittany then said "What was that?!" in a very combative tone and got very close to her as though she might do something to her!. She kept antagonizing the situation until I finally said look just stop were just trying to get seeds and then we are leaving (we also had over 600 dollars worth of plants in our carts we bought as well). She continued to berate my mother and stand over her very close to her face. Ive never seen anything like this in my life at a business. Lived in Fort Collins since the early 90s and have never experienced something this bad. I let Britany know I would be saying something about what happened today so Im sure she has gone to her manager to do damage control but her behavior was completely out of line and she should not be working in customer service in...
