This was my go to beer brewing supply story but I don't know what happened in the past two years. I took a break in brewing for about 2 years but fired the system back up now and was surprised at the change at craft beer cartel. I used to submit my order via Facebook messenger to have them weigh out the grains and have my hops and yeast all ready to go when I got there so I was in and out in about a minute. Now, they are slow to reply to Facebook messages asking about inventory, and was told they will no longer have purchases ready to go before I arrive for a fast transaction. Grain mill didn’t work, I was told they don’t want to invest in a new one. Employee had no familiarity with brewing supplies. It’s almost like they just have that area back there as some...
