I had used the blow dry bar in the past and unfortunately made the mistake of recommending it to my younger sister. For context I did my services with Adam and Alicia who were both phenomenal. Adam is amazing when it comes to color and Alicia did a great job on my keratin . I hope they are able to leave this place and work somewhere that has more integrity . Back to the reason for my one star review . My younger sister was coming in from out of town and I recommended that she do her keratin treatment at the blowout instead of her usual local salon since I wanted to give these guys the business . The hairstylist Julie ruined her hair . Her naturally shiny hair is dull lifeless and NOT straight . Additionally , when she was leaving the stylish told her that there was a mandatory 20 parent tip. I felt so embarrassed when I saw her hair and I felt so bad for her because she was out 300 dollars and her hair was ruined. After complaining I was contacted the managers and was told that the best they can do is have her come in and redo it . She lives out of state and was leaving the next day so obviously she can’t do that . Then they offered only 20 percent back. You can tell a lot about a company by how they treat their customers when something goes wrong with their service . I am posting this so others can avoid losing time and money and also avoid damaging their hair. I’ll attach pictures so people can decide for themselves if this keratin treatment is worth...
Read moreThe people were friendly and the blowouts I saw walking out of the salon were nice but the lady who did my hair severely messed it up. I was booked for a 11am session and she told me she could not do it by the time she had to leave. She was unsure she could do the style I wanted and was going to have me come back. Then she comes back after talking to the manager and decided to do it. I was supposed to have low lights and one chunk highlight in the front. She highlighted one tiny strand on the bottom of my hair and the one highlight on the front and dyed the rest of my hair black. Which may never be fixed now. I asked for brown black color i got was straight black. She chopped my bangs up and will take months of growing out to fix, and I asked her to layer my hair but don't take any length off she took off at least two inches. I was quoted 100 for the entire project was charged 222. I have never been so sick! Please don't let them cut or dye your hair. At least the one who did mine. Makes me very sad because they were so nice.... I'm new to the area this was my first salon experience since postpartum and I can't stand the way I look and embarrassed to go...
Read moreI made an appointment (coming from out of town) and the stylist told me that because I was late they couldn't take me. I understood and apologized and understood as I was 20min late. I came from out of town and my hair was wet and I had an important meeting and asked if I could use their blow dryer. The replied they wouldn't know what to charge me? I told them I would pay the price they were going to charge me I just needed to blow dry my hair. They told me they weren't comfortable with that? The women was unreasonable although I pleaded with her. She showed no empathy as Florida was very cold that morning and I had a really important meeting that morning. It didn't matter this women could care less. Honestly I was about ready to cry as 'it was one of those mornings'. I just couldn't believe that someone could be that cold. I realized it is unfortunate when you deal with minimal minded people who are not flexible or compassionate. They dismissed me and was rude about it. I will never go back there. I don't like dealing or putting money in pockets of...
