Empty place, just a shelter from the weather. No info of any kind. Plus, after a 4 hour delay, they did kot allow me on the train 'cause I wanted to bring my bicycle with me. It is true I needed a reservation for it but their web and app did not work, and their phone line was awful, kept takkng me around in endless loops, and repeating information I did not need. The train was going to be an hour late, so I went into the station. There was one "body" wrapped up totally in a blanket lying on the floor on the very west side of the station. So went to the ladies room and opened the door and there was another "body" on the floor in there with a dog. I could tell it was a man, and it startled me, so I used the men's room. Went back to my car and waited for the train. Not impressed. Not a place for a single female to wait...

Disabled people have no idea what they will go through I was rushed on train and off it was me and my 6 year old daughter never been on train we came from Colorado to California and they rushed me off train they gave me someone else's bag and lost one of mine they found it and hour away from me and now my important papers are needed but they want me to pay to have it mailed to me . If I wasn't rushed I would have forgotten my luggage. Thanks for the help...
