We purchased a couch and love seat that were on sale for Labor Day. The person we dealt with was very polite, showed us the furniture immediately, did not try to persuade or pressure us into buying something more expensive, answered our questions about delivery and removal of our old couch. All in all we got what we wanted, the whole transaction went through quickly, and overall it was a pleasant low-stress experience. The furniture was attractive and comfortable and I think it will work great for us. We don’t have it yet, it will be delivered in 2 weeks. The only negative feedback I have is that I thought the $50 fee to deliver it to Brush was a little excessive. Brush and Fort Morgan are generally considered a single marketing area, as evidenced by the fact that the sales flyer where I found the couch was sent to my home in Brush so they obviously market here. Coordination of delivery was uneventful, as was the delivery. I opted to setup myself so I could teach my teenage son how easy it is to do.
During the setup that evening we discovered one part was missing - I swear that happens to me with every kit of any kind I ever purchase, so I was only a little annoyed. After two quick calls with Mandy and Josh at the Ft. Morgan store the next morning, they made good on the missing part without hesitation and with a sincere apology.
