This was my last experience here. I never recieved any food or was even able to take an order. Pretty sure only 4 stalls work. If you are facing west all of the stalls on the west side dont seem to work ever. As ive sat at them numerous times and no one ever responds on them. So then i move to the opposite side of the building the farthest stall to the south, facing west again. I press the button, several times but hear nothing for several minutes. There was a car next to me and a guy pressed the button and i heard on the stall next to him that was empty the person ask "how can i help you", and they couldnt really hear each other obviously so the guy in the car was yelling his order so they could hear him from the other stall. Once they brought him his food and he left because clearly my stall didnt work at all. i moved to the stall next to me. I press that button. A guy in a truck pulled in an I hear that guy next to me take his order. I press my button again. Then i hear the guy in the truck get asked for his order again. And he seems confused. Even the person taking the order is confused asking "you already took your order?". The conversation ends i press the button again and the other stall thats empty that i was just in goes off and i hear "how can i help you?" I was pissed, like this is the worst Sonic in America. Not only do they have No drive thru. But clearly they dont maintain their stalls. I left and was never served. I most likely will never come back and ive lived in Fort morgan for a long time. Read moreWOW! 2.8 stars out of 5, that's not anything to be proud of. Most of the fast food restaurants here in Fort Morgan are about 3 stars and below. There is just no pride in providing good customer service anymore. At least not here in Morgan. I was at the Sonic drive in last night and ordered 2 milkshakes. I ordered them at about 8:15, I got my order at 9 pm. that is just unacceptable from any place. If I hadn't already paid for them, I would have left. I understand Sonic is busy after 8pm because of the half price milkshake specials, but to only have one milkshake machine is totally "stupid". The girl that brought me my shakes last night said she would write on my receipt to give me 4 free shakes the next time I'm in there. I just told her, no thank you, I'll go somewhere else next time. My wife went there yesterday afternoon on her way to work and wanted to order a soda for her drive... she waited 5 minutes after she pressed the red button, and she got no response at all, so she left and stopped at Mavericks. Sonic is loosing business... I know it's the only Sonic drive in in the area, but that's no excuse to not give good customer service. Read moreI have ordered through Sonics app and DoorDash’s app. I’ve ordered strawberry shakes numerous times and have had a couple times when the strawberries were very very light, and it did not have enough in it to taste like strawberries. When this happened, I called Sonic and a male manager helped me and told me to call in if I placed my order through DoorDash just to make sure everything was going to be OK with my seven dollar strawberry shake. The Fort Morgan Sonic has DoorDash’s App is set up and will NOT allow us to put any notes or special request in our orders. It says the “Sonic location has chosen not to allow this function” on DoorDash. And you cannot request to add extra strawberries on DoorDash either, like you can on sonics app. I have had a few problems with my shakes not tasting like strawberry in the past and just want to be able to order one that’s consistent and worth the extra money I paid to have it delivered to my house.
