We are so grateful to the owners, Cia and Ruby Pessotti and the Interiors Unlimited team for supporting us in so many ways with the rebuild of our condo after Hurricane Ian. Losing our primary residence posed many challenges for us as well as being an emotional roller coaster. Through it all the one bright light was knowing that we had a contractor we trusted, was accessible, who understood the situation on Fort Myers Beach and who we knew did quality work. We are so impressed with the two of you as business owners and the team you have assembled to work for you. It is a tribute to you the number of skilled tradesmen who worked so respectfully in our unit, plus the professional office staff that assisted us thru design, budget and permitting. The systems you have in place, like the individualized project notebook that keeps everyone on the same page for each job is both clever and effective. Then to receive this book at the end of our rebuild containing all of our material selections and appliance manuals for our reference us was a true bonus. Communication between team members is outstanding. No matter who you left a message with the message was delivered to the right person to assist and the called back timely. We were amazed at the can-do attitude of everyone on the team. When we had a questions about about building code or a change order request the consistent message was, "Let us research that and get back to you" and they did. We were offered solutions, better than our own ideas which was fabulous. Throughout the planning and construction process we were kept informed of pricing and signed off on all changes agreed upon. There were no financial surprises. Interiors Unlimited exceeded all our expectations and we are both thrilled with the results. We did a complete remodel on a luxury penthouse condo in Fort Myers Beach. This was no easy job taking about 8 months. From beginning to end Ruby and Caio, the owners couldn’t possible be more helpful and professional. They guided us through design decisions as well as choosing appliances, fixtures and cabinets. Their estimate/quote was the most detailed I’ve ever seen from a builder/contractor. It was simple to monitor progress with their online portal and both of them were just a phone call, text, or email away. They finished spot on schedule, despite two Hurricanes. The results are excellent and stunning and even more, there was not a single surprise with the final costs.

The punch list was minimal and they were on it immediately.

We visited the unit in progress from time to time and their crew was professional, extremely friendly, and respectful.

When we decided to do a major remodel in our Condo our biggest decision was to find the right designer and contractor. Well, we found both with Interiors Unlimited. We couldn't be happier with the Interiors team and the finished project. We first met with Ruby and Les and went over what we were looking to do. They helped us finalize building our plans. Ruby worked with us over the coarse of a few weeks to finalize our design, colors, materials and finishes. She was able to blend what we were thinking about with great ideas of her own. When it came time build, Caio and his team did a great job. From a total remodel of the master bath from top to bottom to gutting the kitchen. They removed a wall, refinished some of existing cabinets and adding new ones. They installed a new island, appliances, countertops, backsplash, plumbing and electrical. All of the fits and finishes from the tile to counter tops, cabinets to wood work and paint and hardware turned out wonderful. Truly exceptional craftsmanship! Overall from to start to finish it was an enjoyable experience. We would do it all again with Ruby, Caio and the whole Interiors Unlimited...
