Mark from store #43992 was AMAZING ! He made my children feel happy and made the food with such kindness and love ! Legit I don’t think if anyone else would have made the food it would have came out so delicious he made our food with love ! Brought my meal and girlfriends to counter for a refund because we weren't going to finish our food. When asked for a refund staff was argumentative on giving a refund. They only wanted to give a partial refund. I refused and explained why I wouldn't finish food at a establishment that serves moldy food. They agreed and were not happy about it. Which I don't understand the hesitation for not wanting to refund a moldy meal. I even stayed back to make sure they throw out the bread because they did not.

Read moreI manage a business on the island. I've been to this restaurant several times for lunch. Last time I was there it was very busy. 2 staff with a line of customers out the door. The employees were noticably stressed but they did there job best they could. I left a $ 20 tip bc I wanted them to know that I appreciate how hard they worked. Today I went in @ 1130 there were 2 other customers besides myself in the restaurant. 2 girls working... Rude, miserable girls. They were outright disrespectful!
