Sweet Licks Ice Cream Shop — Restaurant in Fort Myers Beach

I visited Sweet Licks 6 times during an 11-day vacation in Fort Myers Beach—and every experience was wonderful. On our last night, my sister and I made a last-minute dash just before closing. A young woman (blonde hair, sweet smile) was sweeping, but instead of turning us away, she smiled and said, “No problem! We scoop 'til 9!” She kindly and enthusiastically served us.

That small moment of kindness stuck with me—and ended up inspiring how I will approach customer service training for my own staff as we head into our summer camp training. Her attitude reminded me how powerful great service can be, right up to the last minute of the day.

My grandma and I went in while I was visiting her and this was my first visit back since the hurricanes 🌀 We didn't know any place to get food in Santini Plaza but stumbled across this gem and was not disappointed at all.
