Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii — Restaurant in Fort Myers Beach

I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone. Four people, and they only got the order right for one person. My fiance got a sandwich and a drink (which was right). My dad ordered a coffee and a donut. They had to remake the whole batch of coffee and completely forgot his donut. My mother ordered a frozen blended Chai, and they made it hot. I got a chocolate chip cookie and they forgot about it. Then when we reminded them, they went and checked and said all the cookies were frozen. But they didn't offer a refund for it? So we asked for a blueberry muffin instead and it had white goo in it. The guy that ordered before us got the wrong drink. Then the girl after him got hers wrong. Weird...

We had a very terrible experience at this coffee shop. We’ve been at the one on third Street, which is always a great experience but here we got a horrible grilled cheese sandwich and wanted to return it. My daughter had only taken two bites out of it and complained that it didn’t taste right. I went to return it and Lauren behind the counter refused to return our money. She also refused to give out her manager’s name until pressed. She refused to give any information where I can contact someone to talk about the matter . She had a terrible attitude. She made the whole experience horrible here. The store should not be leaving people who don’t have good customer service skills tending to...
