Cashier wasn't to knowledgeable, and they can't give you same deal in the store as you get offered on-line....new update....I ordered my unlimited service online and they mailed a sim card that was not delivered and returned to sender and they would not mail another and had me go to the store and purchase one. They sold me the wrong one for $15. After selling me the wrong sim card they would not return it or trade it for the correct one. So the forced me to purchase another one. I feel scammed. After I purchased two service and two sim cards they would not activate my service on the physical sim card and activated an esim on a phone I don't have or rcognize. Then they told me unless I had a valid boost mobile phone they couldn't help me. So I tried to take them up on the promotional iphone for $49. And they would not allow me to. So unless I bought a new device at full price my purchased serevice and two purchased sim cards was a waste and there was jo type of refund or credit. In the end I just wanted $49 iphone 13plus-16plus and to use the service on it and they wouldn't work with me at all.
