La Nueva Michoacana Mexican Ice-Cream Factory — Restaurant in Fort Smith

This used to be our go-to place for snacks and cravings at least twice a week. Went in one day, ordered the usual and when it came time to pay, owner said I didnt pay the last time I was there. I had paid twice that day because we got our usual snacks and paid, later asked for popsicles to go and paid again. I had to show them my statements that I did in fact pay them. Even after I showed them, not a single apology for their mistake. This place is loaded with cameras in every corner, and they didnt bother to check them before accusing of not paying. Not only that, but they claimed to say that they tried to come after me that day that I allegedly didnt pay and that I had already driven off, but we were literally waiting inside for them to give me my order so you would think they had enough time since I apparently just left without paying. If they would've apologized after I showed them my statement, things would've been fine.

Food and snacks are good, but anyone that comes here might want to consider keeping...

Probably the best ice cream I’ve ever had. Their creamsicles are AMAZING. I haven’t tried their actual food but I have a few friends that swear by it. Pricing is dirt cheap, I’d pay twice what they ask. The customer service was really good. The lady explained all the flavors (a lot of different flavors) that we didn’t know and also let us sample. The owner or manager brings out little sample popsicles and creamsicles. This will definitely be in my rotation for ice...

We are not from this area, so this was a very unique experience for us because the number of options is crazy here, especially if you factor in the unique combinations. There were probably 15 ice cream flavors that we had never seen before, so it was quite a treat to see and even try some of them.
