Read moreMy wife and I stopped in today to do a wine tasting. Sue was there for us and it was able to explain about the various wines and help this pick the wines that we tasted. Her presentation was excellent, and the wines were quite good we actually bought some. I also noticed at the bottom of the menu that they have some excellent desserts - the cream brulee my wife thought was Superior and the chocolate lava cake was also very good. We watched Sue heat up the brulee and brown the top of it like a champ. It was a wonderful visit and we felt like we were welcomed as valuable customers. That's the way to do good customer service.
