The Centennial's elegant atmosphere and classic 1950s-inspired decor are notable. However, the service is not on par with the establishment's ambiance. During my multiple visits, I observed that the bartenders often prioritize their friends and personal music preferences over customer requests. On one occasion, the bartenders' absence lasted exactly 8 minutes, leaving us without our drinks.I've experienced it several times . It has become apparent that the young female bartenders require additional training to provide adequate customer service, which directly affects their tips and the establishment's profits. As someone who works in the oil fields and frequently tips up to $100 for exceptional service, I was disappointed by the bartenders' inability to understand the importance of prioritizing customers. Furthermore, I have noticed that the bartenders often socialize with their friends, putting their needs before those of the customers. Went into this bar on a recommendation from the crew at Joe’s Place. Very classy, stylish, clean, unique, and beyond gorgeous!!! The establishment was nice too, but I am talking about Desiree our bartender. She has a smile that lights up a room, her cocktail game is on point (the manhattan was perfect), she was so dang friendly and good at her job we ended up chatting and becoming friends with not only her but the other couple at the bar. Really nice high tech bar with a lot of bells and whistles. Large beautiful bar with a event space as the second floor. They also offer a pool table and a poker like table. The drinks were really good. We had some of the best Painkillers here, rivaling and beating some of the tiki bars we have visited in the past.
