Had the worst event ever happen to my wife and I turn into a great event. Wife's wedding ring was stolen at the beginning of the year on her birthday, and navigating through that process was not great. We eventually found out the insurance we had, covered everything BUT a stolen ring, and that there was nothing they could do about it. I found a silver/CZ wedding ring replacement and then proceeded to go to the big name brand store I bought our previous wedding ring from to try to get our fake ring resized and joined. They rejected us, and said they won't fix CZ rings. After spending 3 G's with Jared's they were absolutely good for nothing. So, I had a coworker reach out to me and tell me about this small jeweler in town that could easily size and join our CZ ring together. Well i stopped by and the woman was so happy to help me, I was expecting a week time to get it done and she said it would be done by noon the next day. The next day I was greeted by the owner and the amount of care he pit into our fake wedding ring told the whole story about him and the company. I absolutely would 1000% recommend this guy. Mrs. Do (pronounced dough) is super nice and understanding of any situation. I went there asking for a new watch battery and to shorten my other watch by one link.

It is cash only, and she charged me only $15 for the battery replacement. It comes with a 1-year warranty if the battery somehow dies before then. When reviewing my watch that I thought needed shortening, she advised me that it could end up being too tight. She could have taken my money but she was very responsible and a good steward to advise me against it.

Mr. Do was able to replace the battery in 5 min and I was on my way.

After being told by several other jewelers that my engagement ring was irreparable, we began the exhausting task of choosing a replacement ring. We stopped in to another local jeweler, who asked to look at my current ring and said though too extensive for their abilities, he believes it could be repaired. He said if Do's can't do it, no one can. We cautiously optimistically took it there and were elated to be told it could be fixed for what we feel is an extremely reasonable price and it would be ready in 24 hours. We just picked it up and it's absolutely stunning. He replaced a missing diamond and reattached and secured the bridge on top. You'd never know my ring was in pieces before....
