Im not going to detail too much information on why I give it a 1 star rating. Firstly, I placed an order over the phone I was told that It would take 20 minutes for it to be ready so I prepared. My order was of some chicken wings and a meal special of $12.99. Im looking at about 18 bucks, a little more with state tax. So I drive to the restaurant, I wait in line and then I ask about my order. They had issues finding. After telling them what I ordered they eventually "found it". Not only did they find it, they told me that it wasn't ready. 20 minutes LATER they finally come out with my order. The final price? 25.65$ I was baffled on why it was nearly 10 dollars more in tax for an order that was easily going under 20$!! To make matter more suspicious, they refused to give me a receipt for my order. The manager at the store was a little rude when I inquired about the price and I simply dropped it, took my food and drove back home. The girls working in the back are fine but unfortunately are being managed by no good low-lives who downright hate people. Im not coming ever again to this claustrophobic inducing location until they fire the big fat * lady at the desk! Sorry if you are one of the girls working hard in the back for such little money. You keep your best and eventually you will get ahead in life...
Read moreI placed a delivery order via the Little Cesar's app. I ordered two different kinds of pizza puffs, one cheese only, one pepperoni. I added a 2 liter bottle of Brisk Ice Tea with Lemon, and additionally added the pepperoni pizza that was offered as I went to my cart.
I received the pepperoni pizza and two orders of pepperoni pizza puffs.
I didn't receive the cheese pizza puffs. I did not receive my 2 liter bottle of Brisk Ice Tea.
It was delivered by a Doordash driver(?!?) who, by no fault of his own, seemed to speak and understand very little English. I called the store they couldn't/wouldn't help me. I texted the driver and he told me to get in touch with customer service. Which customer service? I asked for a number and received no response.
I will never order delivery from there again. I will likely take my pizza orders to another restaurant, not Little Cesar's.
I will never order from Doordash again, either.
All of this over a silly 2 liter bottle of soda and messed up order. It would have been so simple to fix this, but neither company wanted to take...
Read morePizza was great....the manager was appalling, however. She was maybe mid twenties, black SWEAT PANTS, and cruddy blue high top gym shoes on. She was rude, belligerent, yelling at the people in the back, nasty and condescending to a customer who complained his order was wrong after waiting for a half hour. What's worse, I ordered 3 pizzas and was charged for four....so I left with waaaaay too much pizza because the manager couldn't figure out the last customers order enough to refund his money...I certainly wasn't going to ask for one myself. She practically threw my receipt at me.... and argued with me when I asked her why she was being rude. Wanna know how I know she was the manager?? She said it 7 times in the 25 minutes I sat there waiting for my pizza. $41.86.... Ridiculous. This was at the Goshen Road location. I'm only going back when the Male manager is working, going forward. She needs demoted and retrained. The place needed swept, the radio turned to something EVERYONE might like...and the manager needs to do a little more work and a LOT LESS bragging about...
