Overstock Sales — Local services in Fort Wayne

I went to this store several times and each time the older man was rude. The first time I asked about a sleeper sofa and the older man showed me one which didn't work due to the size of the sofa. However, the younger man took over and while I was still talking to him. His father (I believe) asked him to move some furniture while he was still talking to me. That was very rude! (He lacks customer service skills.)

A couple of days later I came back for a table and dining room set I thought I saw at a cheaper price while there. I confronted the older man and he was rude again and said the price he gave me was good (which was not in comparison to wayfair, and other furniture outlet stores). He then said, it would've cost $100.00 cheaper if they didn't have to put it together. I told him that, it wasn't an option for me because that wasn't told to me. He immediately took out his wallet and gave me back my deposit and said buy it from some other place for the price I told him it cost. There was no reasoning with him. As I looked at the dining room table set I was about to buy, it wasn't even totally put together as of yet. I don't recommend this store. I recommend Overstock Sales because Mr. Tony is so nice and accommodating. I purchased a big comfy couch and a nice size ottoman (that could be an additional seat) from this store and was glad I went because the price was amazing. I’m a budget shopper so I will be going back for whatever furniture needs I have. Also they put the furniture together so that is a time saver and decrease hassle because I’m not handy and will get frustrated easily. Stop by and check them out for sure! Beware will be charge a restock fee if you make a return even if the item never leaves the showroom floor. I was charge 15% for a refrigerator that never left was only one day after purchase I decided I wanted counter depth, Was told it takes time to repost on facebook a cost of 400$.
