I went through their career help/placement process, recently. It was all wonderful and motivational, everyone was very professional and so helpful. I appreciate the skills I did learn. I also love their clothing and the help that provided in helping me grow. HOWEVER, as soon as I graduated they stopped helping. I've had to call for days on end, weeks at this point, for them to help place me. I always get the apply here and we'll help follow up on our end. I apply, then I call or email [most times both] blue jacket to let them know I applied to all of these places. I would feel like I got somewhere then they'd take 20 steps back. I would have to call for days to get ahold of the career placement folks. I understand being busy, you're helping a TON of people. But I'm begging and putting so much work on my end and you aren't even following up with places that would truly change my career snd personal life. Yet that doesn't matter. They help whomever they want or choose to help, I feel. I'm beyond frustrated and feel like they wasted 2 weeks of my time to teach me something my mother could have done. I'm hoping with thia review, blue jacket can change a bit and maybe ACTUALLY pull through on what you tell your students your going to do. So...
Read moreThis is hands down the best thrift store I've ever been to. In every aspect the store is superior. The store is extremely organized which is always a problem with thrift stores. I've been to many thrift stores looking for mens business wear and this is the best selection I've come across. I walked out with a huge bag after spending 3 hours trying on multiple things I liked. The employees are extremely friendly aswell! When I concluded my visit and was about to pay one of the people working there (I think it was the owner but not 100% sure) found a stain on my pants that I didn't see and offered to lower the price to 1$ for me. They could of just not said anything and I wouldn't of noticed and paid full price. Honest, organized, and low priced. If your thinking of going to any thrift store in the...
Read moreRather large thrift store with clothing for men and women. They put their pricing stickers for the shoes on the tops - even on leather and suede shoes - which is a real turn off to even try them on. Ladies you know if you get sticky goo on suede you'll be doomed to have it's stain on there forever. Also, 75% of what was on the racks didn't belong there. It was old and worn out and though the website claims the items are laundered many were not. I found dirt, food and animal poop on a couple items. I expect that from Goodwill, but not from a place which claims to clean...
