If i could give zero stars i absolutely would i dont even feel comfortable leaving a one star review.I purchased a xr iphone on sept 23 about two maybe 3 weeks later the phone wouldnt charge, The "owner" stated that the battery was unplugged and that he plugged it back in.The phone worked fine for a week and then did the same thing so i took it back and the "son" stated it was a bad battery and then when i mentioned i had just recently purchased the phone and what would that cost me.He then proceeds to put my battery back in and told me its working fine now that he does not know what the problem is and is not interested in trying to help me at this point so i ask for my phone case and he goes in the back and then hands me my phone and im looking at it as im still trying to ask questions and i see he had cracked the top left of my phone by the camera i confront him and tell him that my phones cracked he looks at me stupid so i left completely upset because what can little peon me do in that situation?Nothing. .. I then take it somewhere else because im not getting any answers and buy a brand new battery(sunday 11/5),the phone works but is not charging and showing that it is charging.I take it back to this dirty facility and they tell me i bought a bad battery.I tell them no it works it wont charge even though it shows charging he plugs my phone in for ten mins and then tells me i was right and come to find out it was the charging chip he then tells me thats 199$ i tell him im so frustrated ive had the phone for a whole whopping 36 days even though the sign on his wall says all purchases have 90 day warrenty i bring that up to him next thing i know he wants my receipt and i said i need my phone if i could use his battery to show the day i used my card he then hesitantly did and as im using the phone i see a perfectly round water drop from behind my screen start to drip down the front of my screen and im showing him real time as a perfectly round water bubble the size of a pencil eraser is dripping down showing Cesar in motion real time and the water trail it is leaving behind it. He then starts yelling louder saying i brought him a broken phone as more customers are walking in and im in tears because this is just so insane.I stated if it wasnt you it was your worker and he says "thats my son he wouldnt do that,i have cameras" so i said ok well show me then and i wont say a word .He then says i have customers and no time to look.I said i will wait till every single customer is gone and then changes his attitude to a very arrogant persona and says come back next Tuesday to show me and knowing there nothing i can do at this point i just leave and 400$ invested and a phone i had less than 40 days that is now cracked(sat) and has water behind the screen(mon).I know they injected my screen with a drop of water with a needle nose dropper because water damage is the only thing that Voids any warranty or the "son" was upset because i told Cesar about him cracking my phone or probably a combination of both.It was the most crooked situation ive had to experience in my life.If this is how they have been doing business no wonder there Challenger pkwy store off Washington ctr is closed and they must really be hurting for money if they have to go as far to sabotage a customers phone for money and if not money for spite..I cant wait to see what kind of twisted response they come up with for the reply to this reveiw. After reading some past replys to others issues reviews they have had i totally believe every single one of the complaints ,its sad you should be shut down and Cesar what goes around comes around and i dont think you have enough crystals for that kind of karma.God bless your...
Read moreI came to this place because it had pretty good rating and the price seem fair compare to the price at Best Buy. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. I originally had a broken Mac book pro screen took it in, Ceasar said they will do a diagnose to see whats wrong with it. A week later, said it was a screen problem, I had to wait 2 MONTH to get my screen repair. Took it home found out my touch bar was not working and Ceasar said it was probably not working when I took it there and that I have to pay another 200 some dollars to fix it. The problem is why didn't you diagnose it right in the first place?! If I would of know I had paid $900 ish to get this computer fixed I wouldn't have fix it in the first place. They offer to get a new screen to see if that would fix the problem. Say it would only take a week, didn't get a call from them til two weeks later not a surprise at this point. I experience first hand bad consumer service and poor professionalism after they replace the second screen. The whole computer just keep shutting down on its own with the touch bar still not fixed. Called the place to ask why is it keep shutting down on its own. Ceaser said probably because they didn't close the battery tight enough. I said is your fault not closing the battery tight enough then and he says NO I will just tight it when you take it back. What?? At this point I was speechless just wanted to get my money back. They DID NOT EVEN GIVE ME FULL REFUND had end up paying $224 for having nothing fixed and driving 30 minute back and forth for 5+ times what a waste of time and money. Overall, their business was unprofessional when I come in other than Ceaser no body seem to know what is going on. They definitely do not have the best tool for testing and give wrong diagnosis. When telling them what was wrong with the computer they act like is your fault that it was not fixed. Do not do...
Read moreTook my smartphone in to be replaced on July 18th. Gave then a $40 deposit. They told me they'd have the replacement screen in by the end of the week and that they would call me. 8 days later I go drive over to find that the screen has been lost and they had to order a new one. They didn't contact me to tell me, I had to use my time and gas money to find out for myself. They said it would be in in a few days. Once they finally finally got the new screen put on I could immediately tell it wasn't done right at all. It my smartphone want responding to half my touching and it seemed like the wiring was just shoved in. I took it back and has them attempt to redo it 2 days later. They still couldn't get it figured out. I asked for my money back and they said they would put the old screen back on and then give me my money back. Problem is they put my old screen in storage. So I had to wait until the next day for them to get it back. I got here at 10a this morning. They said it would be 2-3 hours. I waited at their store and I'm out and making this review at 11:15a. Hmm, my smartphone operates better with the screen I cracked than with the new screen? Also, how would it take 2-3 hours to replace the screen on ANY smartphone when YouTube tutorial videos on replacing the screen are only 20-30 minutes long? Worst service I've dealt...
