Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

I visited on 5/20/21, the Clinton location in Fort Wayne, and everything was all messed up. Ordered through Ubereats for pick up and my food wasn't ready when I got there. Doors were locked and half the lights were off. They were "making my food fresh" when I pulled through the drive thru. I waited 20 minutes and had to go back through the drive thru for my order. They handed me a bag that had been sitting and when I told the worker I had drinks she handed me 2 random cups. My chicken on my sandwich was soggy and gray, so it was definitely not fresh like they said. My beignets were crisp and brick like so I could not eat them. They were the size of pizza rolls they were so old and gross. I didn't get my biscuits and they gave me red beans and rice instead of mashed potatoes. When I called to complain a random worker answered and told me that the manager was the one making the food and packing the bags. He "wrote my name down in a book" so I could come back and get a free meal, like I really want to do that after all this commotion. As I was sitting in the parking spot, waiting for my food, at least 5 cars were turned away and rushed through the parking lot to leave, not sure what happened there, but at this point I'm not sure I want to know what happened. There was also a doordash car sitting and waiting for food, since the doors were locked the doordash worker had to walk in the drive thru in between my car and the window to get their doordash order. Overall very very disappointed at the way the workers treated me and how they didn't even give me time to tell them my drinks were wrong before they promptly slammed the window in my face and waved me on my way. I think I'm even more disappointed knowing that the manager was the one who messed up my order and messed up packaging it/giving me the right things. Will NOT be going back to this location ever again after...

Service is extremely slow. Waited for 4 minutes at the drive-thru with no greeting. I finally said "hello?" and was greeted with "one second, please." I then had to wait another 3-4 minutes before I got to place my order. I wanted 5 chicken tenders and two sides, but was informed they can't do chicken tenders without a biscuit and a side. I asked if I could replace the biscuit for a side and they said "no." I found it extremely hard to believe, but accepted it. When I pulled up I was greeted with my total and that was it, no "hello" or anything of the sort. I paid and then was told to pull up to the door to wait on my order (Thinking back on every visit to this place over the past year and a half I can only think of one visit to this establishment where I actually got my food at the window). I pulled my car up to the door, which just happens to have an always full trash can right next to the curb where you have to park, how unpleasantly convenient. I then waited another 5 minutes before someone came out and handed me my food. Edit: just checked my meal when I got home and didn't even get both of my sides. Called in and didn't even receive an apology. I asked if I was going to have to wait almost 20 minutes again and the manager's response was, "strips are made to order, so I...

Passing through town, stopped in for a meal. My kid ordered a poboy... during the wait I hear the manager ask (10 minutes in) nonchalantly if her staff had forgotten the sandwich... AND he had🤦🏽‍♀️. Then I see him walking back n forth several times with the bread. Then the mang. ask him to fix a different meal in the process of making the sandwich. Then a lady that's been waiting in the drive thru comes in because she'd also been forgotten and the mang. stops the guy AGAIN to complete her order, which I then discovered the sandwich that he'd been trying to make was actually hers. Then the guy goes BACK to making our sandwich and a customer comes in to return his order that was wrong. THIS LADY TELLS HIM TO STOP MAKING THE SANDWICH TO FIX HIS MEAL. I then ask how will he ever complete our sandwich if you keep stopping him. Then this woman gets an attitude and says "I'll make the sandwich myself" as if🤦🏽‍♀️. When we recieved the sandwich finally I ask was she not going to offer anything for our troubles, she offer drinks, mind you we're BOTH holding drinks🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️.
