West Coast Grille — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

Lowest rate possible, only because I did love their fried rice at 1 point, when it was SPICY! Thanks to the owner of this establishment being so disrespectful and a liar! I ordered a veggie fried rice, spicy and was told it would take 10 minutes. I walked into the restaurant exactly 10 minutes later and my food was not ready, I had to wait 10 more minutes! When I made it home (about 30 minutes later) and began to eat my food, I noticed it was NOT spicy. I immediately called them and the younger guy that took my order answered and knew right away that they forgot to make it spicy. I asked if I could return it and get it made right and was told they were closed(it was 8:07p on Saturday) so I asked if they would give me a replacement on a different day and was told, yes. It is now Monday and I called first to see if it was okay and the woman put the owner on the phone after I explained to her and he basically identified me as someone else who's order was messed up. I ended up hanging up the phone and going to the restaurant, just for the owner (he wouldn't give me his name when I asked) and his wife to lie to my face saying they do not put spicy in the food but on the side. This was not my first time eating the same thing they messed up..veggie fried rice, spicy! And it has always been in the food, not put on the side. Basically, I was called a liar, the woman acted as if she never seen me there, all for an order of rice which costs about $6-$7, now they have lost a customer that would've spent way more than that. I literally love this place so much. Their boba tea is probably the best in town less icy and like an actual fruit smoothie for the blended drinks and the tapioca pearls are always consistently good usually never under cook. Their orange chicken is also the best I’ve had around Fort Wayne and the price is good for how much food you can get. The only draw back is the noodles are good but they’re Japanese udon noodles not the classic chow/Lo mien noodles so I wish there was a few more menu options. The service can be a little slow but I’m okay with that cuz the food is bomb, usually they only have a few people in the kitchen so I get that being shorter staffed can change the speed of things and the lady that works there knows my order now and is always super nice to me. My absolute FAVORITE asian fusion restaurant in town!

I have been eating here for years and I've never received anything but excellent service, yummy food, and good vibes. I first tried some of their dishes when they were located in the mall & food hasn't been the same for me since! I have recently tried to incorporate more vegetarian meals into my diet and I am STILL able to eat their lovely dishes! They have plenty of vegetarian-friendly options.

Everything is cooked fresh with even fresher ingredients! The owners are so sweet and always ask about my family. To me that just shows how much they value their customers! Do not hesitate to eat here, you will not regret it!
