Barrs Plumbing deserve their good reviews. The toilets at my house on the Santa Fe River backed up suddenly and water was coming up in the tub and shower. I called in the morning and two plumbers came later that same day around 5.30pm. They traced the problem - roots in my septic tank had clogged the pipe going into the tank. After finishing an hour of hard work digging to find the septic tank and the line leading into it, then snaking a massive ball of roots out of the pipe, it was dark and late. I figured they would want to leave ASAP as it had been a long day. Instead William asked if I would like them to check inside the house for any other issues while they were there. That blew me away. Thank you for that William and Cody! The went on to quickly repair a seal around a toilet that blew from the backup, and a prexisting leak below the kitchen sink. Their rates are reasonable but I really appreciated this above and beyond act of follow through at that late hour. It saved me time later and paying for another house call. Barrs plumbing completely re-plumbed our older double wide home . Called Barrs Plumbing . Colt came a day or two later , as promised . He was very articulate and knowledgeable. Only there a few minutes . Said he would work up the estimate and e-mail it to me . He even took a second to advise on pipe size and distance for good pressure , etc to our planned chicken coop . Very pleasant to talk with . Next day we accepted the quote . About a week later the crew came bright and early , just as planned . Zack , Trey and Hayden were awesome . Very respectful , friendly and just good to talk to and be around . Everything was ran neatly . All looks good . Cleaned up all the mess while they pressure checked the piping . Colt said they would be there about 8am and be done about 4pm . And thats exactly what happened . This job came off without a single hitch . I can’t say enough good things about Barrs Plumbing! I recently had a new refrigerator delivered after going almost 3 weeks without one, and when the delivery team couldn’t figure out how to shut off the water to hook it up, I was stuck. I called Barrs Plumbing and spoke with Whitney, who was incredibly helpful and understanding. She was able to get someone out the same day! Zach showed up and was amazing — friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He had the issue taken care of quickly and got everything hooked up without a hitch.
