This review is based on the fact that the employees are so interested in getting out of the store, they could care less about the actual customers who keep them in business. Yesterday I tried to place an online order 30 minutes before they closed at 9pm. According to the app, 8:45 is the last pick up time for online orders. Ok, 8:30 is 15 minutes from 8:45, so plenty of time to make two subs. I was concerned that if I placed the order any earlier, I would get sandwiches that had been sitting on the pickup shelf for hours. I truly believe that in this store, that would be the case. Anyway, once I saw that I couldn't order online, I tried to call the location, which is Fort White, FL BTW. It was 8:32. No one would answer the phone. Needless to say, no Subway for us last night. I was actually complaining to my son, who is a deputy in our county, about this negative experience, he then informed me about his experience of stopping in this store to get some iced tea at 7:00pm, 2 hours before the store closed. They had already dumped the tea dispensers, telling my son, "Oh no, we already dumped those out. We gettin outa here tonight!" Come on! This is a business that is supposed to serve food and drinks to paying customers! Obviously the management don't care what goes on in this location. I spent years in the restaurant business. Edit: Went into the store to inquire about my order and the woman was very rude, asked me what I wanted and I told her I had a delivery and went on to explain I ordered through the app and she cut me off saying we don’t do delivery what’s your name and I said I know I figured it was a third party app and she cut me off yelling asking what’s my name I told her she stayed the man beside me was there to pick up my food and to “take it up with him” and walked off to the back with her coworker laughing (mind you I placed this order after 6 it’s now after 8..) the gentleman worked with door dash was very kind and had to done all the way from Alachua but the subway employees themselves are absolutely terrible..
