This place is an absolute vibe and will be visiting again! We camp near Ichetucknee Springs and this is less than 5 minutes away, so we are excited to have found this place!

There are a range of food options, including Mexican, wings, and a country kitchen food truck. More probably during peak times, we visited in January. I personally got my food from Crazy Wings, which I am so happy about choosing! I had the chicken tender sandwich, tossed in honey garlic sauce, with side of onion rings. They also had fried ravioli, so I got an order of those for my group to try. The seasoning on the sandwich bread was SO good and the tossed chicken was incredible! Onion rings also fire! My mom and bestie got from the Mexican food truck and enjoyed their flautas and carnitas, both would get again! Very generous portions. We look forward to coming back to try other options, like The Kitchen

Everyone here was so friendly and the locals gave me tips on good restaurants in the area. The atmosphere is great, so quaint and eclectic, with lovely windchimes, picnic tables, patio tables/chairs (all under covered area). There is painted glass hanging and a cute garden space, lots of areas for photos...

This has become a favorite spot of ours as locals to the area. I’m always a big fan of whatever I order at The Collective. We are partial to the truck “The Kitchen” for breakfast; their breakfast bowls with potatoes, onions, and peppers is super delicious and affordable! I like to add eggs, cheese, and whatever delicious aioli they are making fresh for the day. The best part is how customizable their menu is. As a vegetarian, I have found it pretty easy to find something on the menu that tastes awesome and fills me up.

The owners are also very generous and clearly put their heart into what they do, they’re not here for the profit, they do it for the community. Whether you live around Fort White or are just driving through to go spring hopping, this is the perfect place to stop for a meal. I’m excited to try the new sushi/hibachi truck that just moved in- there’s always something new going on at The Collective and they update their...

This is a gem in the small town of Fort White. The owners had a unique vision and it’s coming together nicely.

When you hear food trucks you may think of a parking lot. But this has a wonderful community and garden setting welcoming you in to explore, sit, play games, selfie stations, buy food/drinks from food trucks and vendors as well as hosting craft vendors and musicians. Plenty of space to sit with friends or meet new people.

At night it turns into a wonderland with colorful lights. I look forward to seeing how this place evolves and think it will bring the community together as well as attract others.

A great spot to host company events, birthdays, reunions as well.

The owners really care about establishing something special for fort white. We don’t need another gas station or fast food chain. This supports local businesses and is focused on community.

I’m lucky to be in walking distance and plan to be...

Really enjoyed the Taco el Mexican truck the collective. The nachos were amazing and the authentic corn tacos were delicious. Also loved the green sauce they served! The price was a bit higher than expected for tacos however the quality of the food made it worth it. The collective itself is super cute and quaint. There is a beautiful bee garden where we saw lots of flowers and plants and butterflies and bees. The seating is spacious and the only thing I was not impressed with was the extremely loud country (stadium modern) playing out on the speakers. It was almost too loud for our party to have conversations. That is the only thing I would say might need some adjusting - style and volume. Overall still think it’s totally worth 5 stars and a recommendation while in the area!
