Very unprofessional, rude and definitely not customer service driven!!!
Walked into the establishment was not acknowledged nor greeted! An older woman was assisting a customer, while I waited for help (there were only (total) 2 customers in the bldg). She never said "I'll be with you in a moment" or anything! I waited, then when that customer exited the bldg, as she was walking to me, her phone rings. She answers and starts a conversation on speaker phone as she's trying to assist me. Still no "sorry about the wait, how are you or how can I help you". I ask if she wanted to finish her phone call, then help me afterwards, she said no! I try to look and tell her what I'm looking for to make my purchase, but its very frustrating by now with this phone call taking place, so I said never mind, I don't want it!!! Very unprofessional, rude and definitely not customer service driven and I'll never go back!

Other places were very judgmental and condescending. The woman here was one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met and was very patient and understanding with me and even helped pick the best ink just to practice with. I will definitely be back here often.
The only downside is the parking lot. It’s so small there was no where to park at all, but that’s not a reflection of the store itself. Just be...
