Rice Bowl Express — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I’m a regular customer but will not be coming here again. The staff was so rude and unprofessional, I had ordered through the drive thru and the lady had rushed through my order and once I realized I had gotten a different thing than what I ordered I went back. I explained to the lady and she got really defensive and tried to push the blame on me. She then said to me that the cooks will get mad if she takes it back. I’ve worked in the food industry and I know how stressful it can get, and I am not a confrontational person at all, but she wanted to argue and pick a fight. My family have always come here and the staff is always a little off sometimes but we’ve overlooked it but not this time. I ordered Teriyaki chicken bowl, fried dumplings, beef lo mein and one egg-roll. Teriyaki bowl was so good! Simple but had flavor. The chicken wasn’t gross or chewy. However the lo mein wasn’t great. The beef texture wasn’t what I expected. I’ve had beef lo mein where the beef is so tender and well cooked, it falls apart in your mouth. The noodles were soaked in sauce and although some enjoy getting the extra goodness, the sauce wasn’t my cup of tea. A bit saltier than most places. My son enjoyed his fried dumplings and egg roll; they didn’t go wrong there. Overall the meal was good. I’ll order something else to see how it goes, but I’m not fan of...

I ordered delivery from here. While the delivery was speedy, I have to say this was some of the worst Chinese food I've ever had. The "fried" rice was white rice with a little bit of soy sauce thrown on it. The chicken was over salty, and the sauce was horrible. The wonton soup, well... Lets just say that it was salty "broth" with two very small wontons thrown in.

Nothing tasty came from this. I ate it because I was hungry, but didn't save the leftovers. I will never order from this place again, and I highly discourage anyone reading this from even...
