Let me just preface this by saying Salvador is the most unprofessional person that I have ever experienced, and I wish I would've read the reviews before I came. I came there looking for a mattress, box spring, and a vanity, and mentioned that I needed it urgently. He quoted me on a price, I paid him in cash because he said that was the only option which was the first red flag, but he assured me that my items would be delivered the next day. Only my mattress and vanity were delivered. I called him to let him know of this error and he told me that I would have to pay an additional $40 for the box spring that HE forgot, but he assured me it would be delivered that same day - which it was not. After that I called him probably over 50 TIMES to get a hold of him, I got no response until I finally 2 DAYS LATER reached a woman at the store who was able to have the box spring delivered.

Salvador just lacks basic professionalism, and would have scammed me had I not got a hold of another person in the store. The items are not even good quality. If you shop here, you’ll be left with the question of whether or not you will get the items you paid for. I decided to cancel my order & now im being told to go down to their showroom to do so.
