HORRIBLE service! Do not waste your time, gas or money here. I recently went on a Saturday to drop off my necklace for repair, mind you it wasn’t broken but just had a lift on the clasp. I was told it would be ready the next day Sunday. So I go the next day at noon to pick it up, I couldn’t call to check on it because they don’t even have a phone number available for customers but anyways I’m told two things. One it’s not even fixed or ready and that the repair guy who does the repairs won’t even get in for his shift until 3pm! And he only works until 5pm! Everyday! Only 2 hours a day when apparently he has boxes of orders piling up everyday. So that right there should have been my sign to take my necklace and leave but I didn’t and I regret it so much! I go back the next day around 3ish so I can make sure it’s been worked on and also to speak to the repair guy and the place is CLOSED!!!! Waste of time and gas AGAIN! And this is supposed to be the only time he works and the place was closed with no one there! I come by later that day since I looked online and it says closing time is 8pm and it’s around 6 pm and it was still closed!!! Wow I couldn’t believe how horrible this place is with wasting people time. I go back for the 4th time today around 5:15 pm and it’s finally open and I talk to the lady there and ask her why it was closed yesterday and she says oh well I closed early at 6pm and I’m like ok but what about 3 pm I came earlier than 6 pm and it was closed and supposedly she said she was in the restroom , which I understand but then why not leave a paper or sign letting your customers know you’ll be back soon from the restroom and she just looks at me with no answer . I move on and ask about my necklace and she looks for it and comes back with it and ITS NOT EVEN FIXED!!!!!! I couldn’t believe what I was seeing, I was told it would be ready Sunday and it was now Tuesday evening and they hadn’t even touched it! I understand it’s only a couple days but that wasn’t the day I was told it be ready. Why lie to the customer and have then waste their , time and gas coming from the other side of town 4 times for no reason! I couldn’t even call to check since they are so out dated they don’t even have a way to communicate with them. Horrible horrible experience. Do not waste your time going to a place that has absolutely no respect for their customers time or respect for their customer. If I could give it negative stats I would because they’re not even worth one star! I was not the only person up there asking for their orders and they were not ready and were given the same excuse as I was in front of me! THEY HAVE NO SHAME IN...

I dropped off a gold bracelet on 4/15/2024. I was told to pick it up on Wednesday, but I was unable to go until today (4/19/2024). I arrived shortly after 10 this morning, and they were closed. I waited 45 minutes and still closed, so I got on Google Maps to see the hours of operation. According to it, they should've been open. You can't call, because their number is not posted. I started reading some of the recent reviews of this place, and now I'm a little scared. I hope I'm not disappointed in their work, or worse yet, I hope they didn't screw it up. UPDATE: It's 12 noon, 4/22/24, and I just returned from picking up my mother's bracelet. I'm IRATE, to say the least! Not only did these IDIOTS not repair my mother's bracelet, but they charged me for "straightening" the bracelet. Needless to say, I will never return and do everything in my power to make sure I warn those who inquire about this business. Please read the other reviews and take heed. Muy mala servicio a clientes En primera compramos unos anillos de matrimonio nos los entregaron ya a ver las con attencion ,hicieron a la medida pero se nota donde lo derretiró los anilllos para hacer los mas grandes luego no dijeron nada cuando nos los entregaron que los cristales se vían reventado. Pues fuimos de vuelta para que lo arreglarán fuimos un domingo que el miércoles lo tenia listo el anillo de mi prometido yo fui yvque todavia no vian llegado los cristales entonces le deje mi numero para que me llamara cuando estuviera listo ni una llamada ni siquiera luego llega el sabado aver que esta pasando dicen que en 20 minutos lo tiene listo pasa mas de 40 minutos luego nos da lo analizamos y noto que los cristales esta chuecos mi prometido lo mismo pero el muchacho que nos atiendo dice no mira nada luego el cinismo del señor el que dice que lo arreglo de que no mira nada checo hasta con los lentes que usan para acomdar la joyería y dijo que no miraba nada a de ser ciego a no mirar que están chuecos hasta mi hermano que usa lentes miraba que estaban checos pero como el señor estaba mas invertido en quiere comer cuando se le vía dejado el anillo desde hace una semana esta mal lo que hicieron hasta los cristales son como gris en debéis de ser trasparentes y de mala gana dijo pues a deja me la pero mi prometido dijo que mejor lo llevara por que nuestra boda es en pocos días y nos ivan hacer como estas de estar esperando y ni una llamada pero jamas tendra otra comprar de nos otros les recomiendo no comprar...
