Pollo Regio — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I went here they told me 15min until my order was ready, then I went to the outside window about 20 minutes of waiting, they claimed they were out of steak and waiting on a new batch to be ready and it will be another 15 min.. I noticed another customer was there before me and he was told the same thing.. I then was asked would I like a different meat instead, I said yes to barbcoba, and I was waiting 15 minutes for that, I asked them where is my back potato, if I knew I had to wait that long I could have waited for the steak, and even then they added another 15min on the steak, I just asked for my Money back. I waisted about 45 plus minutes of my time, from the time I waited in line to order my food to the time I got my money back and had to wait for that. Opp, there was also a customer who used the app and order his food ahead, he also got a refund after even waiting when he showed up, to find out they...

I love to eat here! One of my favorites. Yet some times the staff is rude and they pick and choose who they want to serve first! This time I waited 40 minutes to get my whole chicken meal! Although I didn't mind waiting (I went window shopping) I did approach them around 40 mins later , they told me , you have only been waiting 38 mins! I was like , it's been 40 mins, how much longer ? She said it will be a few more minutes! I said ok and ,sit back down ! She then proceeded to pull out a chicken ,right out of the warmer ,put it in a prefilled bag of rice and beans w/ tortillas and green sauce and brought it to me! I don’t even know where to start , I had to use the restroom. The men’s restroom was like I entered the restroom from the movie Saw 2 . It was very disturbing , it looked like someone’s butt exploded with diarrhea and took their hand and wiped it all over the bowl on the inside and outside . The smell of a dead animal is more pleasant than the smell that was coming from the restroom. The wait time for the potato I ordered was prolonged (30 minute wait) because of the cashier being on her phone. I understand that they seem understaffed but I’ve seen other Regio locations in DFW that are managed and run adequately with minimal staff. The only thing great about this location is the taste...
