I'm writing this review because of how amazing Angel was!!! Angel was absolutely amazing, and he is a great person. He gave me phenomenal service and I am thankful I came to his GameStop. His service was phenomenal from when he picked up the phone to until I walked out the front. He gave me specific instructions to find the store location. He sold me the best brand of product with his personal recommendations and told me straight up what he'd recommend. We even had a chance to talk about our own personal goals and desires. I believe in the dreams he has for his life and his success, and GameStop has the best type of employee with him being on the team. GameStop better acknowledge Angel because if he ever leaves you all will lose a true star and gem on the team.
Success story that came from our encounter. I came to the store to buy a PS5 and the Hogwarts Legacy game. Normally, I do not buy insurance when I purchase a system. Well Angel talked me into paying the money to buy a system because he truthfully told me the defects that's been occurring with the PS5. Well, when I got home and set up my system, I found out that my PS 5 remote was not registering the L1 button. If it was not for me having the GameStop insurance, I would not have been able to simply go and exchange the controller for a new one. Read moreWaited in line for the blooming waters release for 2 hours. I was second in line. The employee got there and walked past 20 people in line and just started his shift. Didn't say a word until someone asked if they had it in stock about 5 or 10 minutes later. Said they didn't have any. By that time it was too late to go to any other GameStop. Complete waste of time and missed out entirely on blooming waters. The employee could have told the line when he arrived or they could of put up a poster saying they didn't have any.
