Ordene barbacoa no estaba buena. Antes de ordenar les pregunte si era recién sacada del horno como dicen solo vender los fines y era temprano. Vi cuando el muchacho la volvió a calentar en la parrilla, el cosome igual no estaba bueno. La carne tenía mal sabor. La salsa no estaba Rica tampoco. Esa barbacoa no es estilo Hidalguense si quieren tener restaurante, preparen bien la comida. Nunca regresaré...
