Rico’s Furniture Fort Worth — Local services in Fort Worth

I don't take the time to write reviews, but I had to for this store because I went to at least 10 different stores looking for a sectional that was within by budget, nice/ modern looking, and comfortable. I'd like to note a few things about my experience here: Every couch i sat on was WAY more comfortable then any couch i sat on at Ikea

They have modern furniture that is amazing quality. I was going to order a couch online from wayfair but im glad i went to this place first

There was a miscommunication and the wrong couch was delivered initially, but the owner made it right and immediately had the couch i wanted delivered within 48 hours. If i had ordered a couch online, or from Nebraska furniture mart/ Ikea and this happened i could have paid a restocking fee and it would have taken weeks for a new couch to arrive.

All the employees, including delivery men were really nice. They took the time to set the couch up and didn't just leave it on the curb

Overall great costumer service & quality furniture for an unbeatable price. Im SOOO happy with my new couch!!

Last thing, every furniture store has low inventory right now due to covid-19. Keep that in mind...

The dealer of furniture is really fake . They send me wrong bed and frame and when i complained about it they started telling it will be exchanged today or tomorrow later on they stop picking up calls . Such a fake and wrong store i choose . These guys have employees from different country . They take the order online and send wrong items . They didn’t even provide the receipt when asked. They don't do transactions in card or zelle because they usually fakes people with wrong stuffs. Please done buy furniture with these people without looking at...

Went here for the first time today, Once we found the mattress we were looking for were immediately asked “cash or card?” and led out of the store. We’ve lived in this area for many years and didn’t know of this location, and would have liked to look around and get more home furnishings but were unable to. Another issue we had was the parking lot had fresh tar, and it was not marked Or conned off to prevent driving through it. Overall we liked the store from what we saw, would have liked not to have...
