Wish I could rate zero. Brace yourself for this review! I took my daughter here today for a full set $23 (was told over the phone). When we got there I said hello, the guy there only said, "what are you getting". He rushed my daughter to find a color. My daughter wanted multiple colors on her nails and the lady there said it would be an extra $10 (I should have walked out then) The guy there started my daughter nails, he did not talk and his vibes and body language showed he did not care about what he was doing. He cut her natural nails down, so I said excuse me what if she wanted to keep her natural nails under the acrylic...he didnt even ask her! He said she HAS to get them cut....Basically very bad customer service! I asked him to clean around my daughters nails with polish remover...he removed the dried access polish with his finger nail...at this point I just wanted to pay and get out. Prices are low here but when you get there you will see why!! BEWARE OF THIS HOLE IN THE WALL, dirty salon dust on the polish bottles, very old magazines and they did not even say THANK YOU when we left. WOW WE WILL NEVER GO BACK. When you spend your money, you deserve...

Nails only last 2 weeks if your LUCKY. They lose their shine very quickly. I really wish they would just update their nail polish because their nail polishes are always old and it seems they don’t know any new designs. It’s always an issue if I want long nails. They usually charge more just for longer nails. But... if your looking for a quick full set for a date night or vacation or even prom, then for $23 bucks you can’t beat the price. I actually think it might be $25 now. But either way... if you get long nails it’s going to be more and if your going to pay more than $25 , just go to Glamour Nails down at Crestview Hills Town Center. Overall, I do want to admit Tom is a great guy but you have to catch him on his good days or he can come across like he’s rushing you, and well as far as the other workers... they rush you in and out which sucks. Tom is very hospitable though in the sense he offers you a drink when you come in and if your of age he’ll offer an alcoholic...

I've put in a review when I went the first couple of times. However, I since received a fill in and a full set on 2 different times,which both has been absolutely horrible. I'm not sure whom the lady is working there,but she is rude, shady on prices( didn't remove existing polish and charged to remove old acrylic nails) might I add when doin my fill in she should have just done a new set bc she cut off so much of the existing old acrylic it looked like cracks under the new acrylic nails and charged 15.00 WHO DOES THIS??? When I received my full set I literally felt like she scalped my attached finger nails off while using another fake nail to remove the old ones. Dear Lord nvm about this review...it was awful to say the least and very unprofessional. I personally think she hurts the business but hey they are retiring soon so no need to worry...
