Skyline Chili — Restaurant in Fort Wright

Poorly run. Bunch of unfriendly kids working with no proper oversight. Portions are skimpy; simply put this place is a rip off. Went inside and ordered a large 2 way among other items for carry out. For the large 2 way they provided a regular portion in a large container. I questioned if the portion was correct and got no real answer. The kid that made it just laughed. I should have told them to keep the entire order but it was already charged to me on my card and getting a credit from this bunch would have been a challenge. Skyline Chili is expensive, too expensive to be shorting customers on portions. The front end people should be appreciative of the business and park the ‘don’t give a damn attitude’. The people on the line should be properly trained and not get a laugh out of shorting customers. Bottom line there should be adult management overseeing the operation. Attempted drive thru approximately a week ago around 230 pm. After waiting at drive thru for about a minute, I became impatient but politely asked if someone was there to take my order. There was no response from the talking box. I decided to pull around and just walk in and order. When I got inside I asked if there was anybody at the drive-thru or if it was broken. There was one manager type person who called over to the drive thru girl..that's when I realized she was sitting on the floor below the window olaypla on her phone. If I wasn't in a hurry, I'd have complained. Instead, I won't be visiting this branch in the future. No apology, just seemed like a big inconvenience to the employees who were obviously all being lazy between lunch and dinner rushes. This review is a heads up for the owner as well. Been her twice and both times sucked , the first time I was going to get two coneys on my way home , pull up to the window and a girl with head phones on comes to the window and says they aren't taking anymore orders that they close in 10 minutes ? I've worked a million fast food jobs growing up and have NEVER worked at one that allowed you to pack up everything when there is still 10 minutes left on the clock , so anyway I didn't press the issue I just drove off , so I figured I would give it a try today , repeated my order 5 times witch was annoying , only to pull up to the window and have me repeat my order again , sat in the driveway for 15 minutes for some coneys that were so soggy and cold if I would have ate them I probably would have puked , my fries were nice and hot though , won't be back to this location...
