First time eating here. Asked the waitress if there was an omelette with both sausage and bacon as well as veggies. She said we could do a western omelette, and sub the ham for sausage and add bacon. I said great, let's do it. I ordered rye toast, and I ordered my home fries well-done and crispy.

My meal came, there was absolutely no sausage on my omelette, the home fries were undercooked and mushy, and I had white toast. The waitress said she would get me the meal that I ordered. Great! By the time they brought my my food 20 minutes later, the other four people in my party were done eating and ready to go. I asked for a box.

The waitress then said she was taking the meal off my bill, I said "great!" That's great customer service in my opinion. I then got the bill and there was only a $6 credit on it. My omlette with the bacon added was $14.50. I asked her about it when she came back by and she said that she removed $6 and that I was getting a great deal.

That's not what she originally offered to do, and it wasn't such a great deal being that I am now reheating my food at home, and it's not so great when it's not fresh.

Sure wish I could have eaten breakfast with my family...

Tried this place based on a recommendation from our local UPS store front desk guy in fort Thomas. He loves this place and now we can be added to that list. Friendly and fast service with large Portions and hot and flavorful food…. Well that’s definitely a run on sentence.. waitress was friendly and gave recommendations- which I love -

I got the breakfast platter and he got the Reuben sandwich. I added onions and cheese and peppers to my potatoes and when I requested well done, she told me that it’s wasn’t a problem…. Who doesn’t LOvE a restaurant that will go the extra mile and they delivered as those potatoes were amazing!! As were the eggs… not loving eggs right now just the protein they provide but these were good enough that I ate them all. The French toast was what I was craving and it was good!

With the Reuben he enjoyed it but was pretty standard and it was delivered hot hot hot, which was awesome…

First time visiting here today, and my partner and I had a good experience. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive to us, and it felt very lively inside. I heard some waitresses address customers by name, so that goes to show there's some loyal regulars and the staff takes time to make them feel right at home. Food tasted amazing, I got the breakfast burger with cheese fries on side and my partner got the platter with a waffle. We were both satisfied and full. His only critique was that the waffle didn't have any flavor; he feels like it should be able to stand on it's own without the butter and syrup. Then my only "critique" will be that the side items price seem a bit high, but my meal alone came to $17 which is not bad for a family restaurant.

Overall, we recommend stopping by here! It's very nice to see a cozy, local restaurant and I'll definitely try to visit again...
