Marlin Cove Shopping Center — Local services in Foster City

Love the place. We come here regularly every weekends for the Asian supermarket (99 Ranch). The supermarket is always stocked up with Asian products and produces. Plus, this place is within 10 minutes driving from our place, so it’s pretty convenient. While we’re there, we basically would spend our brunch there, too. The Korean Soon Tofu soup, the Vietnamese New Sai Gon, and the Chinese Tai Wu restaurant are all good place to eat. We tried them all. The only place we never go is the pizza restaurant 🫣 apologize but when we’re in Asian-vibe neighborhood, we prefer Asian cuisines. That’s out bias. There are other shops that are pretty convenient if you come for the market but have some other businesses to take care of. The optometry, the hair salon, the dry cleaners, the printing service, etc. Heck, they have a martial arts center here as well. Sometimes we need to do printing and international shipping so we often visit the UPS at this location. Nice staff and service. Extremely patient with our clumsiness and requests. I heard the owner of this shopping center is trying to drive all the stores out of business so they can rebuild and turn it into a school or something. I'm not sure if it is true but there is a terrible selection of stores and restaurants here and half the places are closed. I really like the Indian grocery store there though.
