Great smallish park, not too. If you can't control you dog but not too small so they get a good run or chase going. Separate area's for small (under 25 lb) and larger dogs. Small dog side is all fake grass big dog side has half and half sandy dirt. Pleanty of bags available free well as a drinking fountain for the dogs and humans. Also has a shaded picknic table on both sides. Other wonderful thing is they are open until 10pm with the area being lit up. There's a boat launch, grass and trees. There's pleanty of parking as well as one public unisex bathroom. You'll see all kinds of breed's lot more Huskies recently. Weekdays around 11am is a good time to bring your poodle if you have one like I do, with least 3+ poodles or doodles there.

A reliable off-leash space for dogs of all sizes, this park balances playfulness and order. Separate gated sections for large and small dogs help manage energy levels, and the mulch ground covering offers decent paw comfort while reducing mud. Regulars tend to be courteous, and there's a shared sense of routine among weekday visitors. Shade and seating are minimal, and the water fountain is inconsistently maintained—consider bringing your own. Accessibility is fair: the gravel paths are navigable with caution, but may be difficult for wheelchairs or strollers. Parking is abundant and free in adjacent lots. It’s ideal for early mornings or sunset hours when lighting is softer and crowds thin.

This dog park is exactly what I’ve been looking for!!! First off, fenced in areas- separated by size. Space for the big dogs to rough house and small ones to baby rough house haha. Second, it’s so clean! This is one of the few dog parks that has astro turf. I don’t have to pull branches and sand out of my dogs fur when we get home. Great parking lot as well. Space for about 20-ish cars. Some people were saying it can get busy, but 9am on a Sunday posed no problems. Owners were also very present for the most part. No issues with people just letting their dogs go crazy or misbehaving.

Coming at busy times is not the best idea. I notice there are many overly excited, aggressive dogs that are brought to this park. And in my experience these dogs are rarely corrected by their owners. Puppies beware - it can quickly turn into a traumatic experience. My puppy has been attacked a few times here so we rarely go to this location.

So I have mixed feeling about this dog park. Some owners are great and responsible, and it feels like a community. They watch their dogs and correct rude behaviors. Others are nowhere near their dogs, on their phones or chatting, and allow their dogs be aggressive and harass others. Again, it's especially bad at busy times. I've seen many fights happen here that could have been prevented if people paid attention to their dogs and stopped issues from escalating.

We had high hopes for this dog park given the ratings and the separate space for small and large dogs. We frequent dog parks regularly in our travels all over the country so feel knowledgeable in what would be considered average as well as above and below average. This dog park stunk of urine no matter where we were in the park. No trees for shade, no natural grass areas or gravel, just turf. No water dishes or water source in the fenced in area. Had to go outside the fenced area to access water. Not a super big deal but it added to the not so great experience. However, the fact that we could not get over the strong stench of urine is enough to never return. One of the worst dog parks we've...
