I had a very bad experience here yesterday. After a long and hot day, we decided to have dinner outside. We had tried this place once before and found it acceptable, though not the best. We arrived at 8 pm, and there was only one other occupied table.
There were two of us and our 18-month-old toddler. Despite the restaurant being relatively empty, they didn't bring us a high chair until we asked. After ordering, I needed to feed my toddler first before I could eat. Suddenly, the man (who might appeared to be the owner) made a comment in Vietnamese, saying, "Why are they feeding the child first? Why not eat? When will they finish?"
I understand that he might have had a long day too, but working in a restaurant often means waiting for the last customer. We didn't come in after business hours. Read moreI LOVE LOVE their food and for the most part I would’ve kept going because most of them are really sweet. BUT there is an older lady who every time we go, worst customer service ever and one day we invited our friend to eat because we loved this place so much, he ordered the chicken pho and didn’t like it so he kindly asked to remove the plate so he can order something else and make space for it. He looked at the older lady and asked her and she said no again, we wrapped things up and haven’t been since. Everyone else has always been super kind to us every time but when she’s there it’s a different environment and...

When there are so many customers and they deliver my dishes slow, they apologized for making me wait. The ones serving us are usually middle aged uncles and aunties, so we never took it personal. The food is great. Pho tastes the most authentic compared to other restaurants in the area. Bun bo Hue lacks flavors, but the Grilled shrimps and pork chops over vermicelli is to die for. My favorite dish! Their Vietnamese coffee is also very authentic and popular. Every time we’re there, I could see one cup of coffee on most...
