I was so excited that Star Class had reopened, this was always a go to for date night. I was terribly disappointed, we arrived and headed to the bar are no one was around, after 5 min finally someone approached us. We were told they didn't have a bartender at the moment but we can choose from beer or wine. I decided to go with wine, however she didn't know how to open the bottle so a young man helped her out. I don't think neither of them knew how to open a corked bottle given he bent the corkscrew opener in half. I had to show them how to open it but the damage had been done and only half the cork came out. He did manage to open it after already settling for a beer but also took a glass as I truly felt bad for him. Lots or cork floatys but I didn't blame them, they clearly had no idea what they were doing which is a reflection of poor poor management. We took our seats and ordered Boneless wings, fries and mozzarella sticks. We got maybe 15 to 20 fries on the plate, when I asked the server she said omg I'm sorry let me go get you another order. 2 min later she says I'm sorry but the cook said that's the normal portion size, I just couldn't belive it. We got no marinera for the mozzarella sticks and the wings were cold.    Read moreI normally love this place. I have enjoyed all the various activities here on many occasions, especially the bowling and the movies. Today I went to the movies and the screen was black at the top quarter of the screen. I got up during the movie to report the issue with the screen. About a half hour later I got up again to report the issue as it still remained. They said they would look into it. The top of the picture remained black throughout the whole movie. I spoke to the staff once more to try to get some vouchers and they said they couldn't give them to me because I watched the whole movie. I don't know how getting up twice during the movie to request the staff make sure the screen is working properly and only seeing the bottom 3/4ths of the screen the whole time qualifies as seeing the whole movie, but I paid full price for a partial experience. They claimed they must have forgotten to adjust the screen after the movie that had shown prior. There are plenty of theaters that do their job and make sure the movie is working properly. And if there is an issue, most places would make it right after the fact. No need to settle for...
   Read moreThe restaurant staff was kind, but that's about it. They managed to burn the pizza and didn't say a word till the pizza showed up 45 minutes later. The bowling lanes were "wait listed" with multiple lanes open, and when we said something about the open lanes, they argued with us thoroughly. So we waited 40 minutes to bowl while lanes were open, and they told us it would only be a 10-15 minute wait. On top of all this, they only let us buy one game because of said wait-list. When we finished our game we noticed lanes still open and asked to extend our bowl, but they said they could only give us 30 more minutes to bowl, but would still charge us full price for it. So we said no. While we waited for our food to come out, we noticed 11 lanes had opened or in our case remain open for another hour and a half, even though there was an apparent wait-list that wouldn't let us play anymore. Gotta say as far as bowling goes, I normally have a great time everywhere else. But the bowling here, not impressed at all, and the employees and managers seem like they could care less whether you have a decent experience or not, as long as you spend...
