Took forever to get our drinks and the waitress who was waiting on us first was not the same 2 hours later when the last 3 people of our 12 person group wanted to leave and I'm the one that got stuck with a $48 bill because the first waitress never brought it to the people in my group that had ordered first and requested to close out their tab and pay 1 hour before I guess they finally decided that it was on luxe that night and headed home. When we closed out our tab lol $8 we got their $48 plus we were charged for drinks that were not even ordered by our group. Come to find out you don't have to give a card to open up a tab, and if you know a table has a tab you can go to the bar order and then point to that table and tell them to put it on "your tables tab" and they will. And then also you can leave at any point in time without paying. And they will and do strong arm you to pay with threats of calling the police and pressing charges. She could have handled this professionally and I would have even produced legal documents to prove our seizure alert dog's status. BUT NO! SHE CALLS SECURITY! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PERSON! READY TO FILE AN ADA COMPLAINT IN THE MORNING! I EXPECT AN APOLOGY! ALTHOUGH THAT WON'T ERASE THE LIES OR UPSET TO SO MANY PEOPLE THAT WERE DRUG INTO HER...
Read moreAs of today the Luxe Lounge still appears to be closed. Everything else within the Ak-Chin Circle appears to be open. Their covid guidelines seemed a bit shakey, they do have a thermometer/infrared at the door, they have signs with "no mask/no service, and signs that say to be 6 feet apart. The only thing was is that they don't have anyone making sure any of that is taking place. They ask to leave the bowling balls in place only to have an employee put them back without sanitizing them. It took a good while for someone to clean the booth next us. Definitely different, but we will see...
